Got home and they only gave me a half sandwich and I paid for full sandwich. Also, supposed to be 4 PCs of bread which I did not receive either(1 side for sandwich, 1 side for whole salad, 2 sides for 2 bowls of soup). Terrible pretty much only gave me 2/3’s of my order and paid $53 for order with tip. Very disappointed with this Panera location. Feel ripped off!!!
You guys need to make orders on time and organize the pick up area!I feel like a I’m lost here and the employees also!I noticed tht orders are taking very long time to be ready for( delivery)so tht means they holding orders they not able to perform the orders for the inside and delivery at same time!!!maybe the manager is not doing a good job Service: Takeaway
Got a dozen bagels for coworkers and asked for them to be sliced. 9 of them had a slice through half the bagel, an 8th of a centimeter off the bottom which caused it to just rip off. The other 3 wernt sliced at all. Also, when ordering 2 mac and cheeses, they consitantly fill 1 bowl half way and the other to the top. Leaving very unhappy children.
In a pinch, definitely better than fast food. I particularly enjoy the soup in a bread bowl. That said, it's definitely overpriced and the portions are small. This location strikes me as ... well ... a Panera Bread.
