Nice spot to have anything from coffee to breakfast or lunch. Plenty of seating, a gas fireplace for colder evenings in the main dining area and a pleasant interior that makes the eating-in experience enjoyable. A kiosk with a few touch screens for patrons to punch in their orders was a bit user unfriendly to us, with so many pages and choices for add-ons or things that come with your meal. We found spending over five minutes to place two orders a bit cumbersome. Maybe we prefer actual wait staff that just asks us what we want off the menu. Or, maybe you can order at their counter and skip the kiosk, but we did not see anyone there except for the person who puts out your tray once your food...
On our latest visit, we placed a pickup order for two You Pick 2s and a small mac and cheese. I was surprised to find limited options for modifying the You Pick 2s online, especially when other items had more customization options. I left a few notes in the "additional instructions" section before checking out. When I went to pick up the order and briefly glanced inside (which should not be necessary), I noticed they hadn't followed the notes: we were missing one bag of chips and chipotle sauce. It wasn't a huge issue, so I asked for them, and they handed them over.

The breakfast sandwich was fantastic! I truly loved it. My coffee tasted fresh, not like it had been sitting out and going stale. However, the seating definitely needs improvement. It doesn't match the quality you'd expect at a place like Panera. They should consider replacing the seats in the booths.

Poorly managed and under staffed with ineffective employees who can't come close to keeping up with the lunch crowd. At 12:30 I was told it would be a 25 minute wait for food at a minimum. My family left as did the rest of the line. Go to Chipotle across the street instead.
One time they gave me mac and cheese that looked and tasted funny. Now today I went and I said can I get a mac and cheese in a breadbowl and they gave me the tiniest mac and cheese and uncut breadbowl for 16$. Such a scam
They don't have the app connected, had gift card loaded to my panera account, they couldn't accept in store. Very inconvenient. Food was overpriced, 26 dollars for mac cheese, chicken noodle soup plus drinks.
It's super overpriced portions were too small and the salad was hilarious it is not worth eating there and I'm not picky so anybody wants to go there you're on your own but I wouldn't suggest it
