I highly recommend avoiding this location! I placed my order through the app and drove just four minutes to the store. Upon arriving, I tried calling, but when the employee answered, she just put me on hold. So, I went inside and saw that the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. I asked two employees about the status of my order, and they informed me that they had just started preparing it—by that point, 30 minutes had already passed. I eventually received my order, but to my surprise, the soup was half full (and extremely salty), and the sandwich looked like it had been hastily thrown together. I think I’ll stick to the Panera locations in Bay Plaza and Pelham, where I’ve never experienced...
I placed an online order, and my husband picked it up for me. When I opened the bag, I discovered that my Green Goddess salad was missing eggs and contained less than half a cup of dressing. Additionally, they forgot the tortilla chips for my Mexican corn chowder. It seems that whoever is assembling the online orders is not doing it correctly or thoroughly. Customers spend their hard-earned money at your restaurant and look forward to enjoying their meals, only to be disappointed by such carelessness. My once favorite location has become a joke. I ordered off the app and my order was completely wrong. I went to find a table to wait for my food and all the tables were dirty. After saying excuse me to an employee several times they decided to finally stop joking around with their coworkers to tell me to just wipe the table with a napkin. Usually they would spray and wipe down the tablw and chairs when told the tables were dirty but I guess that has now changed. The sandwich wasn't as good as it used to be there was barely any cheese and I requested no croutons on my soup and they still added them on. Hey district management ! Please read this. You got a lot of 1 star reviews for service and operation issues because your staff is more interested in gossiping than working. It took 30 min to get my you pick 2 and if there were a hundred orders I would understand but these people were chatting amongst each other and the two up front were flirting with each other. Your manager was encouraging the gossip and not trying to get people to make the orders. I saw a Starbucks like this that didn’t change it up that closed in a great location. Change it up before you lose money cause I won’t be coming back nor will anyone else with this level of bad service.

Do NOT order delivery through the app. I order and it said 30-40 minutes. Over an hour later I no food and the “track location” still says someone is on the way. I tried calling the store 3 times and no one has answered. I tried the “talk to an expert” on the website and it is just a bot that cannot help you at all. I love Panera food and the customer service at other stores has been great. But this location does not have it together.
I was looking forward to trying the Panera grilled chicken sandwich. Can I get away from their fully processed lunch meats. I've tried them three different occasions at 12:00 on Saturdays and Sundays over three different weeks and they've never been in stock. Get the advertised all over the place on their windows. It's kind of heartening to make a trip there just to find out that it's never available
Thought I would get something to eat. Brought a Spicy Chicken sandwich and was not impressed. Over priced (12.99) with no drink, bag of chips and very little toppings. The chicken taste like it was reheated in a microwave. I will stick to the bagels.
There was one person taking orders while a number of people were standing around. They had no chip. Waited 15 minutes to get soup and when the order came, it was not correct.

Food was good and staff is super friendly. The bathrooms are pretty gross, but that speaks more of the customers than the establishment..
Able to use the sip club several times and fresh food options, can eat outside at a few tables if weather permits.
