Just waited 30 minutes for a coffee in the drive thru line...with only 2 cars in front of me the whole time. This caused me to be late for work. Multiple cars left behind us after already ordering... Their food seemed to be prepared and was just sitting on the counter getting cold. I get that they're understaffed (although there were plenty of employees just standing inside , but if that's the case they need to close the drive thru or have people with food orders pull to the side. Or give customers a heads up that orders are taking extra long. They seem extremely inefficient.Coffee is also often room temperature. do not go to this place anymore. this is not the first time we had problems. the manager is rude, at least with the one I spoke to. we ordered two suppen bread bowls, soupen container was only half wway filled and was cold, they also forgot a bread bowl. also ordered two turkey bacon bandits that were simply thrown together, not know where the speck was, no side and the brot was very soggy as it fell in water. they have two zimtsacks, they were very hard and they forgot the cream cheese. I called, and the manager offered me a bread bowl and the missing cream cheese. I didn't care that the rest of the meal was terrible. that is absolutely disgusting customer service. panera is not cheap.
this load has my admiration today, 6/3/2022: their systems had fallen due to technical problems. the autority of the load there (I don't know their names) still managed to do a great job. she put free coffee and sweets for customers outside their shop! good work! I wanted to pay but could not (it was free), hope this Google review helps!
Not sure why this store has changed, and I realize good help is hard to find, but the bagels (cinnamon crunch) have gotten less enjoyable, wuth way less cinnamon. Also, this store still does not know how to adjust or use a slicer. The bagels are sliced terribly everytime. This is last time I go to this Panera in Pewaukee. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
we take the family here two or three times in the month and the children love the mac and come together with the cheap desserts. the adult loves all meal times and others than an occasional long line, this is one of our favourites to eat. sensible and tasty eating together with pleasant personal makes us customers again.
Got chicken Mediterranean bowl when I had specifically asked for Mediterranean bowl without chicken. Thankfully I noticed it before I took my first bite. I have been a life long vegetarian and this would have been a mess if I had found out after I took a bite. So much disregard to dietary restrictions.
Cups are not restocked and the floors and tables are quite dirty. Definitely not what someone expects from a Panera. Staff has no intention of changing the situation. Food and drinks were very good though, highly recommended drive thru!
Took forever to take our order even though only one person was in front of us, and then every 5 minutes a male employee was calling out 40 minutes! 35 minutes! Which we figured out was the time until closing. Not impressed. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
