I found the chicken and soup to be quite mediocre, and the baguette was stale. I expected the bread to be fresh, as advertised. I was hoping for a broth bowl, but the indifferent staff member at the register told me they didn't have any available, and did so without even acknowledging my presence, smiling, or apologizing for the inconvenience. After working many jobs myself, particularly at my age, I believe it doesn't take much to show some basic courtesy, even if you're not passionate about your work. The soup reminded me of Campbell's; I could have made a far superior version at home for a fraction of the price and would have actually enjoyed it.
This is a pretty good location. it was clean and well kept, and despite being in a mall it was not too busy. The staff was nice and helped me with a couple of questions. Our order came out pretty fast and the food quality was very fresh and tasted perfect. I felt I got my moneys worth! I appreciate the staffs ability to answer questions on nutrition. I will definitely be returning to this location and it’s in a convenient place within the mall to access from inside or outside.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! They make every effort to offer clean and spacious tables despite the limited space. Their natural drinks, both low-sugar and no-sugar options, are incredibly tasty, and they provide refills. The sandwiches, soups, and salads are made with the finest ingredients. It doesn't get much better than that! The customer service is outstanding, and they even give you a beeper so you're notified as soon as your food is ready.
The food is usually good, but this time I ordered the chicken sandwich featured in their advertisement. Unfortunately, it was overcooked, and honestly, I think it's overpriced. I enjoy eating at Panera, but it can be quite costly. Our meal, which included soup, a sandwich, a salad, and the chicken sandwich, totaled $67 with tip. I'm not sure about you, but that seems a bit much for lunch. We'll come back, but probably not very often.

My little sister and her friends went here just for lunch and they had a great experience. Although, she told me that the tables weren't clean and she had to wipe off some crumbs. Which shouldn't happen. In the end she was very glad that they did manipulate her to paying more even thought she shouldn't like most stores do.
I asked if she had any pumpkin-flavored coffee, and she suddenly became quite snobby and unfriendly. Everyone except for Joe had a negative attitude. Joe is really nice, but unfortunately, he seems to be the only pleasant person here.
Made the mistake of ordering food at the end of the lunch brigade, and with that, it was quite understandable that we ended up bussing our own table.We still found ourselves enjoying our visit though, once our food order was ready.

service was good, but our salads were sooo disappointing. too much bath romaine/lettuce. had to go through to get the totally confused pieces out. unfortunately we will not be back soon.
This location puts the rapid in Rapid Pickup. Ordered drink from parking lot and they had cup on the shelf before I walked to the door. Lots of smiling faces inside. Thank you!
