I went to Panera Bread on Miller Lane today for an essential oil party which was great. I went up to the counter to buy some bakery goods to bring home with me. The cashier Paula was on her phone when I reached the counter and instead of getting off of her phone she made me wait until she was done. She was on her phone the entire time I was placing my order. I ask her a question about one of the pastries and again she did not get off her phone and did not even get up to see what I was talking about! I got 8.04 back in change and tipped her .04 she really wasn't even worth that but I though a 4 cent tip would be more of a slap in the face then no tip at all. I love their food but people worki...
May 31 2023 A friend and I planned lunch at Panera. She was to pick me up. but due to her malfunctioning phone she never got message. therefore no show. After several attempts to reach her, I called Panera and asked if they would look in dining area for her. Yes replied Manager Dakoto, I see her. She used Panera's phone, placed our carry out order. when she started to pay, Dakota said your order is being paid for by Panera today. Many thanks to Dakota for helping two senior citizens to enjoy a great day and visit!!
Everything I would expect out of a Panera. Entrance and dining clean and friendly. Most of incredibly nice and professional service at the counter early in the morning. Even suggested an a la carte breakfast sandwich for me when I wasn't entirely sure what to get. If I'm ever driving through here again I'm definitely stopping here.
Haven't been to Panera in years and now I remember why...payed 8.50 for chicken noodle soup in a bread bowel. They only give you half a cup of that if soup for an entire bread bowel and extra bread. Basically paid 9 bucks for bread and the soup was bland. Will be the last time I waste a dime at an over priced place like this

Sandwiches were excellent. Highly recommend the tuna. Best bread! Tomato soup was not good. (Think thin tomato purée) Great outdoor seating. Very clean store. Awesome drink selection. Friendly staff. Food came out pretty quick!
Food is good, but boy is it pricey! That is my problem with Panera, it costs me about $20 to eat here and I leave hungry. It's good, but it is expensive.
Don't eat here unless you want to get violently sick. They clearly never clean, allowing mold to grow everywhere, and happily serves moldy food.
The lady that waited on us was great. The food was expensive. My order was wrong. But, whatever. Would I go back? For a bagel. But, not a meal.

Stopped in to order a flatbread pizza to go and a chocolate chip cookie which was delicious. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
I will most definitely be visiting again the Staff was Awesome!
