Pangea - Tisch reservieren

This restaurant never fails to impress, from its creativity and quality to its emphasis on healthiness. I tried the daily special menu which included a delicious beet and burrata appetizer, followed by a perfectly cooked crispy skin duck confit placed on a bed of house-made gnocchi. The dish was served with a delicate mix of peas, small mushroom cubes, shallot slivers, pancetta, and a light reduction – all in perfect proportion.

The food was delicious. The flavors and presentation were very good. Everything was perfect. The soup and octopus were especially delicious.

I've generally had an excellent experience at this restaurant. However, it seems like they are currently short-staffed with servers.
