After posting this in January 2021, I received a call from the owner and the manager. They acknowledged the issue, and I really appreciate that. This time, we ordered chicken Marsala, and we loved it! Thank you to the team for addressing the situation and making things right. We all make mistakes, but the best among us strive to correct them. I have great appreciation for the management at this restaurant, and I have no doubts about the quality of the food!
We stopped for quick appetizers and pizza before a show at the State Theatre in New Brunswick. The appetizers were quite good; we tried the Eggplant Rollatini and a special calamari dish with shrimp, pineapple, and red pepper. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to expectations. It wasn’t as thin crusted as advertised and was slightly burnt on top. The service was inconsistent, but overall, we had a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
The food was okay and it was inexpensive so that was a plus. The portions are also pretty big. The service however was abysmal. She forgot to bring half the drinks, Had to be asked for bread twice and one of the wines had stuff floating in it. When asked if there was a wine menu she seemed stumped despite the menus reference of one. She also didn’t know and couldn’t be bothered to find out what the house wine was.

I thought the apps were pretty good, we had two specials, auberginen rolllatini and calamari with garnel, ananas and red pfeffer. the pizza was a disappointment. not really a thin crust as promised, a little burned on the top. the service was uneven, but the overall experience was relaxed and pleasant. I absolutely adore their wide selection of high-quality pizzas! The staff is always welcoming, and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s definitely worth the trip! Plus, it’s rare to find a pizza place with a full bar. It's great to enjoy a beer with your pizza without the hassle of painting someone’s wall, haha!
The restaurant is in need of a makeover; it had a grimy appearance, and the windows were filthy. The waitress seemed unfamiliar with the menu and didn't know the name of the house wine or whether they offered any other wine options (which they didn't). The eggplant parmesan was quite dry.
We went in Saturday night. And we got seated right away. We ordered the wings, onion rings and normal cheese pizza. The price was good. The food was delicious. Nothing really bad to say about this spot. We will definitely come back again.

The servers were extremely attentive, and there was live music playing in the background, creating a lovely ambiance.
