I have been a regular customer of this cafe for many years since it has opened. I am usually quite happy with their food and service. However today, their service and attitude was very poor. I ordered at the counter for my food and sat down to wait for my order as per usual. When my coffee came, I asked if they can give me some table water. The waitress just pointed towards the front counter without saying much. This was very unusual as they usually kindly bring it out for me to my table. When I went to the counter, I thought they have changed to self service water but there were no cups or water to be seen. We visited our place on Saturday and ordered a drink cola and spaghetti. There were two men and women who were looking to be a boss. After a while, the cola that ordered, came out of the descent canola, and it was called ice, so it does not offer ice for guests who drink. Paninaro is one of my favourite cafes in Brisbane. First thing we noticed is the interiors, love the contemporary touch and the interiors are well lit making the whole experience intimate. The food is amazing!! I love the pastas here! Well cooked and full of flavours! This cafe is consistent with how the food tastes as well which makes it so easy to find your favourite. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. Overall love this place! It’s great for groups or dates!
I'm going to see a student post under such a way through the food store. I had seen my situation during the day and during the meal, and I felt mistakes with each other. When ordering, young friends are waiting for the order, and the boss is listening to it and drink, and the young friends have a deep desire to the boss. I ordered a seafood spaghetti for my husband and a carbonara for myself. The bread on side was hot and soft. I am fan of parmesan cheese and mushroom. It made me full. Just one con was the coffee not up to standard. A simple flat white but too much bubbles and from on top of it. Not expected there was no latte art.
The cashier gal at around 4 pm has an atmosphere! I've visited thanks to the story I've heard only!! It's so delicious that it's perfect for pasta! The bread is soft and pastas is left, so it is enough to eat bread and the taste is delicious when you eat it, and the coffee is too delicious! You can enjoy a meal and dessert at one place.
Owner is extremely rude and swore at my friends for looking at the owner. honestly worst customer service ever. This has happened to multiple people already. (only giving 5 stars so people actually see this)
