When we requested the salads be served separately, the server suggested taking the plates back to split them in the kitchen, claiming they would make new ones. I asked to leave the salads on our table while they prepared the new ones, but initially, they returned to say the chef refused to prepare separate salads. Fortunately, a very kind lady named Ladan came to our table and brought us new salads. Unfortunately, the Greek salad was dressed with a sweet balsamic sauce, which I found unappetizing. Typically, Greek salad is dressed with lemon and olive oil, not balsamic.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, largely due to the outstanding manager, Ms. Ladan. She was incredibly helpful during a particularly busy time, even when there was a small misunderstanding with one of the food servers. Ms. Ladan was very pleasant and exemplified professionalism, taking the time to explain the different types of kebabs we would be served and how the food would be presented to us. The Caesar Avocado salad was also fantastic. I genuinely loved this place and will definitely return. Ms. Ladan is a great asset to this establishment. As for vegetarian options, they are quite good as well.
The salad we received was far from fresh; the lettuce was old and mushy. Additionally, the portion was much smaller than what we had previously been served. The servers were quite rude and seemed uninterested in addressing our requests. The Mexican waitress who attended to us on Saturday night refused to assist with anything we asked for, forcing us to seek help from others. Interestingly, at the end of our meal, she came over to ask if we wanted the check and then brought a pen for the tip. It was surprising that she expected a tip when she had done so little for us, aside from simply bringing the check!
The manager at this location is quite inflexible. I called after placing my online order to request an additional salad dressing, as I couldn't add it through DoorDash. I was informed that it would cost an extra $1.07, which I was willing to pay. However, the manager told me that I couldn't make that payment unless I came in to pick it up. All of this for just a side of dressing! It would be great if you could add side orders to your menu and be more accommodating to your regular customers. I really enjoy Panini, but I won’t be ordering from this location again due to the manager's unreasonable approach.

Starving at hospital came late after 8:15 they were busy( good sign) seated and ordered fairly quickly. Had the chicken Kebob plate with a grilled meat kebob too! So much food! Absolutely THE BEST FOOD! So well prepared delicious fresh and so tasty! Took home 1/2 my plate for lunch tomorrow! Reminds me of my days in Hollywood and all the Persian restaurants I went too! Amazing! I’ll be back! !(Wine glass please fill up hate the 1/2 pour otherwise superb! Thank u
