If I could give 6 stars...! The gazpacho soup is delicately seasoned. The Steffisburg brown trout on a vegetable patch was really tasty and the matching wines went with it, Riesling from the Moselle from the Van Volxem house. The service perfect and courteous.
A wonderful evening in the Panorama restaurant with the Fuchs family. Very tasty food, very fine wine from the Graubünden rule. The view from the terrace is unique. We recommend! We'll definitely be back! Best regards
