I called this location and I was asking a question. I guess I was making the owner/employee upset. Granted, I had a cold so I may have sounded aggressive. While I was trying to explain what I wanted, the owner/employee hung up on me. When I called back, they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I purposely held on to see if they where going to take my order so I could pick it up. This location was very rude and I will not purchase a cup of water from them. If you do not have the tolerance of people calling asking a question, this is not for you!!!!
The customer service is extremely poor. Mike, the co-owner, is quite rude, and his staff follows suit. One day, you can order your meal a certain way, but the next week, when you try the same thing, they claim they've never done that before. It feels very inconsistent.
