I have to say I 'm disappointed! Everytime I go in, I have nothing but good to say. This time, the crew was different, the lead girl in charge was blase about her work making the pizzas. My salad ordered at 4:37 for a pickup on line at 4:59 I set for 5:00 was not even started until I came in at 5:07. The kid said it would be another few minutes... As though it was already started. But I watched the kid put my marinated mushrooms in after I paid in store . I asked for no onions, extra cukes, Bleu cheese dressing, with chicken tenders. Tenders were overcooked, cukes were thin and bare minimum, with onions (that I can 't eat) and no dressing. People were also waiting were kinda aggravated.They...
Im an ubereat driver and ubereats algorithm is pretty good about the wait time. Food is usually ready upon pick up. Today I waited for almost 30 minutes before a pizza became ready. This was after being told “i know the pizza has been in the oven and should be ready in 6 minutes”. Another guy came in, ordered a long time ago for pick up, and also was surprised its still not ready. They need to hire more people and also the staffs need to be honest. I could have cancelled the order and have another driver come pick it up later if i have known it would be 30 mins wait time rather than 6 mins.
We had the best experience at this Papa Gino location! Extremely friendly/happy staff! We live in Maine and had to get our pizza fix before we headed back home. We ordered pizza, wings and breadsticks for Dine-In that were perfect and then we ordered 2 large cheese pizzas to go! The manager kept our to-go pizzas warm and offered up the best re-heating instructions.
This place used to be good . Door dash ruined it . Even when there’s no line you still have to wait sometimes 20 minutes to order and another 20 to pick up your food . Today was my last time buying on this place . I have to wait 20 minutes to pay for my order and another 20 to pick it up even after i called ahead to place it ! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
One of the best steak subs I've had in a good long time. Not as good as the ones I make at home but this was a very close. Second. I will often go to D'Angelo's or Papa Gino's for their steak subs, but this is the best one I've had in a long time.
Taylor is incredible! We showed up on Monday night after calling our order in (1 XL extra cheese pizza, 1 XL pepperoni and hot honey) Taylor was working alone and cheerful as always, while keeping the shop going like a literal BOSS! <3
Taylor was such a beautiful energy and made the process of ordering and the environment so energetic and easy. Will definitely go back for her!
