That African American man, Tray, who was working the customer counter, was very kind to me. I mentioned that I had never been to Papa Gino’s before, and he was incredibly patient in explaining everything. I’m 76 years old, and usually people don’t take the time to explain all these new things, but he made sure I got a crispy and delicious pizza.
Quite different from the Fall River location, believe it or not. The pizza was decent, but the staff seemed preoccupied with their own things. I love Papa Gino’s and just wish the Somerset location was more consistent with the quality of the food.
The food at Papa Gino's is average and frequently served cold. The staff tends to be unfriendly, sometimes coming across as rude and unaccommodating. Unfortunately, there's little that can be done to improve this experience.
