Understandably busy on a long weekend but the place was so small and tiny, it was very stuffy and hot. You're always bumping into people so the atmosphere wasn't great. Service wasn't the best either as we kept getting ignored before we even made it to ordering food. Once we got the food, the pizza was the thinnest pizza I've ever had. There wasn't muxh to the bread, sauce, and toppings. It was lacking in everything. Also, they burnt the bottom slightly and used the same dish to cook it in the same pan they burnt other stuff in. My hands looked like I dipped them in charcoal after I was finished eating my pizza. I probably wouldn't come back here again. It's definitely not worth the money I...
Writing this review almost a year later, but that's how memorable my experience was. Came here for my birthday and enjoyed it thoroughly. Both me and someone else had the same spicy pasta dish and we both agree that it was genuinely the best pasta we've had at a restaurant, ever (and we're Italian, so we've had a lot).We sat in the back covered patio area and it was really nice, nice little view... we were with someone who was in a wheelchair so it was a tad tight, but I truly can't be mad as the food, service, and environment were great. Just a heads up that it is a small location.But it really is great. I would definitely dine here again!
We were walking along Lakeshore Road and randomly asked two people if they had any recommendations as to where to go for pizza. They suggested Papa Giuseppe’s and pointed out where it was. We decided to give it a try and were glad we did! We sat on their outdoor patio at the back of the restaurant. The hostess was very accommodating, and our server Brett was great. We shared their Italian Deluxe pizza, and it was delicious (as was the Moretti and the red sangria to go with it)!
Came in on a weekend night and was able to get quickly seated. Got the weekend special pasta and a pizza. The pizza and pasta were alright, nothing too special. I would give it a 3.5/5 but the service was fast and the staff were friendly so decided to round up for 4. I wouldn’t go out of my way but if you’re in the area it’s a decent option. Deservedly busy, this Port Credit icon never fails to deliver a good meal. It's a small restaurant, so it fills up quickly. Been going here for years. And where else do they give you scissors to cut your pizza? Would go here more, except its too hard to get in!
I visited this restaurant on a weekend evening and was seated promptly indoors. They also have a patio area for outdoor dining. The pizza and pasta dishes were delicious and satisfying.
Truly a wonderful experience at this restaurant, the server was so kind, and made some great recommendations… we went ahead with the pizzas, which were flavorful and really filling!
