Had a big problem with my delivery driver. Not only was it good over an hour and a half after an online order that my wife went there and asked for our order, one of the workers claimed it was for delivery, so my wife came home. 40 minutes later NOTE!! I called more times than I can count and no one took the phone, I finally decided to God there myself and apparently my order was never sent out bc it was only packed as I arrived there! I was sweet!!!! After talking to the manager (as a decent guy saw) he told me that my next order will be in the house. In the end, the pizza was as good as always for that and my next order is free I give them 4 stars!
I'm always a fan of Papa John's pizza. Whenever I visit Paterson in downtown, this is my place. Pizzas are always fresh and hot when I have placed an order. Just what I miss is that I wish they would bring back this community or local offers. I even grab them while I didn't pretend to eat Papa John's. Price and offers are decent, currently regular offers with the decent price are available. This place will finish the pizza in time and will not delay the order.
On the 1st they got my order wrong, that I missed a cheesecake and chicken bites. I called them to file a complaint they told me the manager's coming to me. He never helped me! So I finally went to the restaurant. That was about two days later. The manager was there when I got there and I told him what happened. He was nice. And filled my order. So overall, they screwed up my order, but the manager fixed it
The manager/owner is a great guy! The staff is also wonderful. Every time I call, I am treated with great respect and they also offer great promos. My favorite pizza spot. Customer service great food is why I come here! #cleancut
