When my young kids asked for a margherita, not knowing it was different here, they just wanted cheese and tomato, but the staff didn’t even offer to help them. When I, the adult, came in, I was greeted by [name] without any pleasantries. I was told to order only from the board with zero assistance. We settled on cheese and tomato, but the staff rang up a large size without checking. When I questioned it, the response was, “I assumed you wanted large.” Why would I? We ordered delivery tonight. We usually order from here about once every week or two and typically don't have any issues. Normally, I add an 18% tip when paying, but today the system only accepted cash, not card. The total was $41. My husband gave the driver $60, but he said he only had $3 change, even though I saw more coins in his hand. The driver ended up receiving a 47% tip. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there and would have given him an extra $5 on top of the $40, but he left quickly. My advice is to have the exact cash amount ready, including the tip, if you need to pay that way.
I placed an online order for delivery and noticed one price, but the delivery didn’t go through as expected. After applying a $4.00 discount, my final total ended up being $8.00 higher than I anticipated. When I spoke to the female manager about the issue, her response was simply, “That's what it says.” After waiting a long time while feeling very hungry, I reluctantly accepted the order and left. Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing.
I didn’t know that at Papa John’s, you have to order pizzas by inch size instead of the usual small, medium, and large. This was a bit disappointing because I was hoping for a larger pizza. Nonetheless, the pizza was tasty overall. Just make sure to pay attention to the sizing when ordering online.

Wow! This pizza was absolutely amazing! Loaded with cheese and sauce, it was cooked perfectly. This restaurant went beyond all my expectations! Thank you to the entire team! We will definitely be coming back regularly. The delivery was super fast, and the driver was very friendly as well.
The pizza bowls are overpriced and don’t measure up to Marco's. The service was disappointing; we didn’t feel welcomed or valued by the staff. A little bit of warmth and personality would really improve the experience at Papa John's in Englewood.
I expected the large Philly Cheesesteak Pizza to be enough for a family of three, but it turned out to be small and wasn't sufficient.
These pizzas were incredible and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent and prompt!
