A month ago, I ordered a large pizza from the Fairfield OH Papa Johns. I wanted it cut in squares, so online, I marked that I wanted it in squares. When the pizza arrived, it was cut in slices. Not what I wanted, but whatever. Doesn't affect much.Today, I decided to order a large pizza again. I didn't want to come off karen-like, but I like the pizza cut in squares. I marked it online and then decided to call the store. I asked the rep to please make sure it was cut in squares. He said he would take care of it. Lo and behold? I'm a huge fan of pizza in almost any variety. Papa John's has been a staple for our pizza night for the last decade. There are many locations that are close to our location and we have tried them all. This particular location is more consistent with their quality than the other locations in our area. I prefer to pickup and they are very consistent in having the pizza ready on time. Of course, the staff has been a bit overwhelmed during the last couple years but they haven't allowed that to affect the quality of their pizza. Some nights it takes a bit longer for the pizza's to be ready but they are worth the wait.
this position is on the hill. our deliveries are always too late and our orders are consistently wrong. last time we had papa J’s, we got a pizza with the wrong toppings, so my man called the load. we said they were going to make the right pizza, but we had to pick it up? not how it should go, but whatever. my man picked it up and they made the pizza with the right torf, but it was the wrong size (made a medium and he ordered a big.) today we ordered two pizzas and there was no soak on both pizzas.
Made me wait 30 more minutes because they didn’t have it ready. I ordered it in the app. Told to wait 44-54 min to pick up. Wait 50 min and in the app it said it was still being prepared. Thought it was a glitch but it was true didn’t even start my order till I got there . Told me they didn’t have it ready and told me to wait 30 min. Never ordering here again.

the Double Chocolate Chip Brownie tasted stale, like it was made yesterday and left out. Bacon Cheesesticks were disappointing, almost no cheese or bacon. The cups of Original Pizza Sauce were only half full. Im usually a big fan of Papa Johns but not this.

papa johns pizza pretty much always good a gold standard really, just wish they would include extra peppers and garlic butter in the box lol

The restaurant is consistently excellent and the staff is very friendly.
