I ordered a pizza through the website . Although the money was taken I didn’t receive an email of confirmation . The pizza hadn’t arrived after 45 min so I rang the Holyhead Road shop and was told the pizza would arrive in 5 mins . After 20 mins I rang again and was told they had no order !! My partner got annoyed as we had waited over an hour and put the phone down . We then received an abusive call from the manager asking my partner to go in the shop so he could sort him out threatening!
Very bad experience two times , don’t buy pizza from here , waste of money , attitude so bad , I did order two pizza today, bread was so hard , even my kids can’t eat .
