First pizza was undercooked, second pizza was burnt. We rang to speak to the manager but just got shouted at down the phone and told to ring head office. They then hung up on us. We tried calling again but they kept refusing the call or hanging up. I won't bother using them again and I will be making a formal compliant to Head Office. Oh they also admitted that there was an issue with the oven which they now deny. We've all woken up this morning feeling very poorly as well.
Food arrived after 1 1/2 hours, called and kept being told it was 5 minutes away. Finally arrived food was all completely stone cold. Driver said he was stuck behind a learner the whole way here? I am only a 10 minute drive from the shop. Money wasted. Very disappointed
Would it give it a cero if I could!! Pizza was cold and soggy and the bacon you could tell there was something wrong, we spent sick 3 days and thinking about the bacon makes us want to be sick!! Won’t be ordering from here ever again!!!
Poor service. 2 weeks in a row they have put meat on vegetarian pizzas and I have had to wait during a short lunch break for them to remake the correct pizza. Absolutely shocking that this can happen so often. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Pizza was second to none! The delivery came early which was okay by us. But the driver was rude.
Pizzas were amazing and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable too.
