I ordered a New York-style pizza from this restaurant, and when it arrived, I opened the box to find that it had no crust—just two slices. I called the store manager, who told me that New York-style pizza doesn’t have a crust. I pointed out that two of the slices did have crust and asked why that was the case, especially since the menu featured a picture showing the pizza with crust. The manager suggested that the busy kitchen must have caused the oven to remove the crust. I argued that this was not my fault and that I had paid for a pizza with a crust. This is my favorite place to order from, and I do so regularly. However, during my last visit, I noticed an odd smell that was quite unpleasant, though I couldn't quite identify what it was. I always place my orders online, and Papa John's is a staple in our home.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The meat is guaranteed to be 100% halal, and I will certainly be ordering again in the future. Imran provided outstanding service, and Mohamed's delivery was punctual and efficient.
I paid two dollars for two sauces, but the containers were almost empty. Some areas of the pizza were burnt, and even though I requested extra sauce, there was mostly cheese and very little sauce. The service was awful.

The pizza often arrives cold, sometimes opened or burnt. It's better to order for pickup. There is definitely room for improvement.
The boneless chicken was pretty disappointing. I didn’t enjoy it at all. Next time, I’ll probably go for the regular wings instead.
Papa Johns offers amazing food with quick and well-prepared service. My favorite item on their menu is the cookie pizza.
