I had the worst customer service experience ever at this restaurant. It's unbelievable. I never received my pizza because it was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person didn’t call me; instead, he sent a text with a picture of my pizza lying on the ground at a different location. When I contacted the pizzeria, they told me they didn’t have any information about the driver, even though I called directly to place my order—I didn’t order online. The delivery person never responded to my messages or answered my calls. The person on the phone at the pizzeria had a really poor attitude, despite me speaking to him calmly and politely. This is the best pizza in the area that I’ve had in a long time! The delivery was prompt and quicker than I anticipated. The only issue I encountered was with entering my delivery address on the website; it kept altering what I typed, and the GPS showed a different area than where we actually are. I called the store to clarify the correct location, and they were able to fix it. However, the website really needs to accept addresses as they’re entered, and the location service requires some adjustments. Despite that, the large pizza definitely made it all worth it!

The staff was very friendly. I arrived early, and they even brought my order out to the car. A fantastic deal for pickup at just $9.99!

Wish there was still a PJs in Bethlehem! I especially love the Alfredo sauce pizza. This store is also very quick. :
