I received a notification at 5:05 p.m. that my order was ready, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that my order had been given to someone else. Despite being promised that my order would be ready in 5 minutes, there were multiple issues in the store. The employee taking phone orders consistently entered incorrect information, my order was given to the wrong person, another customer received the incorrect order, customers were not greeted properly, and an employee dropped a pizza box on the floor before using it to deliver an order. I ordered my one pizza and one two liter Pepsi at 7:46 pm, I didn’t walk out of the door after watching two walk-ins, a Delivery driver come back twice and I still didn’t receive my pizza and drink until 8:40 pm. The only reason I played it cool is because of gentlemen were cool and kept apologizing for the inconvenience and I appreciate that, but the Caucasian female with the red hair that came up to the register did not give a dam. Very dry atmosphere from the other employees. I understand it’s Friday and we all wanna get home but never again. I always went to this location. Never Again. ?
I must say this one the best and cleanest Papa John's u can visit! First time there today, I was very impressed, mainly because the young man they have in there is really nice, CLEAN and professional! He washed his hands before going back to make pizzas, after walking around the store prepping! And yes for that, they DESERVE FIVE STARS! I've been to many pizza places, never seen that done, I would either have to ask them to wash their hands, or out the door I go! So young man, u keep up the good work and KEEP doing what, YOU DO! I believe u do know who I am, trust me I will be back soon! ??
The pizza, dessert, and sides were good. Delivery driver was rude and condescending. He pounded on my door like he was the cops. Then asked if I ordered food. When I said yes he asked my name and told me he tried to call me. I replied I was in class. Then said he texted and called. I told him again I am in my online class. He proceeded to tell me I need to answer my phone when someone calls, and told me to take my pizza as he held open the bag. Seriously I spent $71. I can easily go somewhere else. Please train your drivers this isn’t how to treat people. Do better.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza that didn't taste quite right, possibly due to spoiled pepperoni. I contacted the restaurant and they kindly sent a replacement, but the delivery driver arrived swinging the pizza bag at his feet. He had difficulty removing the pizza from the bag, and when I questioned why he was carrying it that way, he replied that was how it was given to him. After taking a picture, I immediately threw the pizza in the trash. This experience has left me with no desire to order from them again.
Kinda weird to pull into their parking lot and be met by this massive hill/lump to park on, but other than that, the pizza isn't awful, the staff is nice and you get good deals after the local sports teams win, so I'll keep coming for that if nothing else. Occasionally, there's a bit of chicken on my vegetarian pizzas which makes me wonder about the tidiness of the prep spaces, but again, for 50% deals, I'm not complaining.
I ordered the new garlic stuff crust pizza half cheese half pepperoni on line. The pizza wasn't even garlic crust n the whole pizza had pepperoni on it and it wasn't even cooked all the way! I tried calling the store to speak to someone but it was all recordings n no one ever answered! Worst experience ever and worst pizza I've ever eaten! Papa Johns, YOU SUCK!!!!
I have visited this restaurant for the second time, both last year and now this year. It appears to be under new ownership/management. I ordered a calzone sausage pizza, but the sausage tasted different than what I am accustomed to. I am not sure what has changed. I used ranch dressing to enhance the flavor, but I am unsure if I will order from here again.

I ordered a large pizza. 3 slices of pizza didn't even have cheese on them. I ordered original crust and got flat bread. Whoever boxed this pizza saw how it looked and still decided to seal it and give it to me. This was my first time ordering from this location and my last!!!
Poppa John Epic Stuff Crust Pizza was Good Good Good!!! You guys can not take that off the Menu I will be sure to take a picture the next time I order it Hopefully they are still selling
