On the insistence of my significant other, I decided to call and voice my complaint, but I was redirected to their website, where I went through a thinly veiled customer feedback survey to express my grievances. I received a prompt email response stating that I would be credited for the meal, which would be applied to my phone number in their system. A week went by, and I thought maybe they had simply run out of cheese that day and had to substitute it with napkins soaked in grease and heavily salted instead. One woman laughed at us when we mentioned that our pizza was incorrect. After hanging up on us, she refused to talk to us when we called back, immediately disconnecting the line. When I tried calling from a different number, she answered and then hung up on me again. We were merely trying to get our order corrected since we didn’t receive what we paid for. To make matters worse, one of our pizzas was burnt to a crisp and was basically inedible. Another employee, AJ, was also extremely rude during our phone conversation. Pretty decent pizza. We had a large veggie pizza with 4 toppings. It was really cheap as they had offer for 11.99 going on. The only caveat being this store does not have any dine in space. So, if you are planning to go, make sure its for take out.Everything else was okay at this place. Nothing too fancy as one would expect.
