On Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 9:01 PM, I ordered two pizzas from Papa John's. I had just spilled water while draining my slow-cooked pasta with veggies, which was frustrating since it was already a rough day and even flowers couldn’t lift my mood. I called Papa John’s and, as usual, was asked if I had any special instructions. I explained that I’m deaf and hard of hearing and requested that the delivery driver call me upon arrival instead of ringing the doorbell or knocking, so as not to disturb my roommates. The customer service at Papa John's Pizza needs improvement. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and no farewell like "have a good day" or "goodbye." They simply asked for my name, handed me the pizza, told me to get my soda, and walked away. Also, my wings barely had any buffalo sauce. I won't be ordering from there again.
I still love the pizza. What I don't love so much is the machine that answers the phone before the real person. What?? Lets go back to a human answering please. This is not a doctors office so there's no need for pressing 1 or 2. Find good employees andtake good care of them and they will do the same for the store/ company.
The experience was outstanding, and I especially valued the pizza tracker, which kept us updated without any unnecessary wait. It consistently offered timely updates about our order. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. There was a slight hiccup with a dropped call, but it was no trouble at all.

We found the pizza to be surprisingly better than Little Caesar's, with a similar price. Domino's is still better, but it costs more. Pizza Hut tops them all, though it’s the most expensive.
I absolutely love Papa John's! They always get my order correct, and the delivery is incredibly quick. Sometimes, I even get extra free sauces, which is a lovely bonus!
The pizza is amazing, and the customer service is excellent.
