I recently ordered from Papa John's Pizza and was disappointed to discover only after paying that they use DoorDash for delivery instead of their own drivers. The pizza arrived crushed, as if the driver had braked suddenly causing it to shift. The delivery driver also told me the restaurant was out of the drink I ordered, so it wasn’t delivered. Two attempts at carry-out during off-peak hours. The first time, my order which was scheduled for pickup later was made immediately, causing me to have to drop everything to get to the store so I could minimize the time it spent sitting on their hot rack; as it turned out I shouldn 't have rushed, as the pizza was undercooked (still edible, but cheese not completely melted).Gave them another shot a couple weeks later, this time waited to order until I actually wanted it. I order all the time never had this issue maybe the new $6 special. My one pizza barely had any toppings. The second pizza said no cheese instead no sauce and ton of cheese. The cinnamon pulls are over cooked, no icing, and it looks like someone threw it in a box or picked at it.
If I could give zero stars, I would. When I picked up my pizza it looked like one of the workers with glasses threw my pizza across the store! The manager looked at the pizza and made a joke about it. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER. Please Stay away from this location.

My pizza came very undercook and had dough pulls instead of cheese pulls. I called and put in another order and the second one came after an hour wait with the same exact issue. I’ve had other Papa Johns miles better than this place. Do not order from here.
The worst ? Papa John's.Not a healthy choice these guys are out smoking in the back, They come inside don't wash their hands and go right back to cooking the pizza. I should have recorded these dirty m The health Department should give these guys a visit.
I came in and placed a to go order when I received my pizza the box had a lot of pizza sauce all over the outside of it .. very unprofessional...if you make a mistake and dirty a box going to a customer why not just fix it and change the box?

I only recommend pickup, delivery takes forever.Papadillas are really good, the Italian one is the best.Their pizza bowls (pic) are just okay. Might get one to share in the future.
Very good customer service and the pizza was delicious!! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be coming back for more pizza!!
