Visited store on 5/11/2022 3:00pm unable to place order because young man was so rude and unprofessional and spoke in a condescending tone about what they didn't have available, I am a senior citizen who was polite and entered store with my mask on, I do not understand why the poor customer service, I left store and placed my order with Dominos .Corrective action needs to be taken against employee is you want to grow your business.
If it wasnt the fact they the only papa John's near me and sometimes the pizza is ok I wouldnt even order from them cause they either half the time burn my pizza or mess up my order. Wings are always a miss ! Don't even bother and the people in this particular work space don't like to take accountability when they mess up either when people paying they hard earned money to feed themselves or they kids !
The driver was great. The cheese sticks were alright, but the bacon was a bit chewy. The cookie was soggy and tasted like it had freezer burn. The wings were just okay; they needed to be cooked longer because the skin was very soft and damp. On the plus side, the honey chipotle sauce was tasty. Overall, I won’t be returning.
I really appreciated that my Doritos Cool Ranch Chicken Papadia was served hot. However, I wished the Doritos Cool Ranch Sauce was more generous to complement the portion size of the Papadia. I ordered a $50 order it was sent by Doordash, doordash driver called to ask the address papa John's gave them the wrong address . Spoke to papa John requested the food and refund for the inconvenience and the manager said absolutely not they would either deliver or cancel they didn't even offer a discount .
I found the service to be quite arrogant. I was there for only an hour because they mistakenly made my BBQ pizza as a buffalo pizza instead. It seemed like their system was faulty, as they aren't able to properly train their pizza makers. They really need to improve on this aspect.
This is my first review on Google, and I wish it were under better circumstances. I'm really disappointed with my experience. What should have been a 15-minute order ended up taking an hour. Food rating: 1/5.
