I found the customer service to be completely unacceptable. I initially called to cancel my order after seeing that the tracker indicated my pizza would take TWO HOURS to arrive, so I opted to order from another place. However, the person who answered my call insisted that it would be delivered in thirty minutes or less. After 40 minutes had passed, I decided to call back to cancel, but as soon as I mentioned my name, I was told the pizza was on its way. Now, over an hour has gone by, and my kids are still hungry. I ordered delivery from Papa John's, which uses DoorDash for their delivery. The DoorDash driver showed up with only the garlic knots, claiming that was the large pizza I ordered. When I asked for clarification, he avoided answering and told me to contact Papa John's. Papa John's confirmed the driver had picked up the order, but since I only received half of it and the garlic knots were overcooked, I requested a refund. They told me to call DoorDash, but now DoorDash is directing me back to Papa John's. This whole situation is completely frustrating!
The GM Chad works harder than anyone I have seen at any job in the last year. He is often by himself because Papa John’s corporate doesn’t pay what the current workforce requires after Covid. This guy works till all hours by himself and deserves as much Leadway as we can all give him. My sister and I walked in tonight and he was all alone with numerous orders and was managing to smile and keep it together. We all need to be actually super patient and supportive to this individual.
Terrible service. I will never dine or spend any money at this establishment again. They quoted me one price, and after I said I would pick it up, the price changed again. Despite the commercials aired on every channel, they still refused to honor the original price. Save your hard-earned money and choose a competitor instead. You'll be grateful for the advice later.

This used to be my favorite pizza spot in the neighborhood, but lately they seem severely understaffed and overwhelmed. Avoid ordering delivery from here. If you choose carry-out, be prepared to wait at least an hour for your pizza. Honestly, it’s better to skip this place altogether and order from Dagwood's across the street—they’re quicker and more local.
The always have friendly staff and good food. One of the few places I carry out since they’re all nice. I accidentally ordered this online when I was home (it’s where I order for our office) they cancelled it for me no problem. One of the few pizza delivery places where it’s always a pleasure
Fantastic Papa John's! I've been ordering from them for over a year now. Although I've experienced a few issues with delivery times and incorrect orders, they always resolve things promptly! I'm really grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Chris!
Excellent quality and terrific service, even with them being so short staffed, they always get it right. Please be patient with the crew, especially drivers, they are really trying their best but its hard to stay afloat when you don't have the manpower to operate smoothly.

This is the best Papa John's I've ever been to. The manager is exceptionally friendly and professional, and it's evident that a lot of care goes into their work. They consistently exceed expectations to ensure that customers are happy.
