Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel like I’ve been stolen from. I ordered $30 worth of food, added a 15% tip and my food didn’t show up until 2.5 hrs later. It was obviously cold and the driver literally couldn’t care less. He and the store got their money. Now I’m out this money with food I can’t eat. I called back they told me they would credit my account. But in order to use it I would have return. If you think to check reviews before ordering, please for the love of god, save your money. If I can save even one family their hard earned time and money then it’s worth it. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. NOT ONE PERSON IN THIS BUSINESS ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER...

It would have been a zero review for this rude employee- I think he is the manager. This healthy white guy. Papa John’s should have taught some politeness and manners to this person. Shame on the brand to have not given them feedback and proper training. He might be going through some personal issues or whatever but he has no rights to talk to the customer so rudely. I understand it was our mistake not read the sign of not passing across the counter but the tome and rudeness he showed was beyond my shock.
I placed an online order which estimated delivery to take 28 to 38 minutes. I paid online and included a tip. After an hour passed, I called the manager, who said that the quoted time was incorrect. That was fine, so I decided to pick up the order instead. When I arrived, I asked if the tip could be removed since I was picking it up myself, but they said they couldn’t do that. I just ordered dinner and requested onions on my sandwich. The lady informed me that I could only choose three items, so I made my own sandwich with beef, bacon, and cheese. But when I asked for onions, they said no. I offered to pay extra, but they still refused, saying they had onions but wouldn’t sell them to me. What’s going on?
I ordered a Shaq-a-Roni pizza, but there was no pepperoni on it at all. It's listed as an ingredient on the side of the box, but that's the only place you'll find it. I wasted $27.98, and I definitely won't be returning. This place is terrible.

The pizza was delicious. However, there were no online specials available for this location. They also provide paper sheets for eating your pizza. The store has limited parking options.
