Former employee here. Hate to say it but this place has hit rock bottom. Used to be good when the young Mexican manager was there, but after he moved up the ladder, this place has been rapidly going down hill. Where do I even start? I recently had a disappointing experience with a restaurant that left me feeling frustrated. I went in for an interview and was hired on the same day. After accepting the offer letter a few hours later, I didn't hear anything for a week. The only communication I received was about PizzAcademy training. When I reached out to the recruiter, she informed me that the store manager would contact me with my login information when it was time to start training. However, I never received that information, and instead, I received a termination letter. I waited several days without any contact from the store. The food is tasty, but the service at this location has been consistently poor for the past three years. Every time I try to give them another shot for a simple carryout pizza—a large pepperoni—it takes around 90 minutes. They take forever to acknowledge you when you walk in. Meanwhile, the Pizza Hut and Domino's just a short distance away always provide much better service; in particular, the staff at Domino's is both quick and friendly. The pizza at this Papa John's still tastes good, but be prepared to spend an extra 30 minutes beyond the time they promise for it to be ready.
Placed an order with a drink to my Airbnb after traveling all day and never received it. Called to let someone know and the manager just hung up on me. Called again and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes. Finally called once more and they let me know they cancelled my order and I’ll get my money back within 7-10 business days. They did not give me the option to get it resent, nor did they inform me about the cancellation. I asked to get it delivered back to me and she said she’ll have it out in the next 30 minutes, and once more.. never received it. Zero stars

We ordered a Gluten Free pizza among additional items online for delivery and did not receive the pizza for our party. The store called us but we did not have our phone on us at the time. This is the 2nd year in row that we have ordered for a party and the don’t have the the Gluten Free pizza. Please just removed this item from your site if you don’t carry this specific crust. It’s really that easy!
I ordered a personal pan pizza to go from this restaurant today, and now, several hours later, my stomach feels terrible. It's the only thing I've eaten today that I don't usually have, and considering the previous reviews, the cleanliness of this place might have caused my stomach issues. I strongly advise against eating here unless you want to risk severe gastrointestinal distress.
Delivery took 3 hours to arrive. I was lied to on the phone about the estimated arrival time (I would have been happy to pick up the pizza myself if I had been told the truth). Giving two stars because prior orders have been better.
This store is completely filthy. You’d hate to see what this store looks like after closing. Food laid out everywhere and the sinks stink so bad. Even the CLEAN dishes stink. Literally made me sick

The staff is always very kind. They just seem woefully understaffed. Pizzas are usually decent but not the best I've ever had from Papa Johns.
