My family has been loyal customers here for decades, but the manager we encountered was rude and extremely disrespectful, showing no willingness to properly check our order. We ordered online, and according to the order details, the Papa Dough discount was included along with an additional $10 discount, totaling $17.61 off. Very slow and and not true to order times as listed on app. I?ve walked in this store a few times only not to be acknowledged. I came to pick and and there?s no tablet to even say hey check in. No one asks me anything, not even eye contact. Have a different pick up area for people just picking up not same line as ordering as this causes a delay. Nothing! The app shows my pizza is ready and when I get there, no pizza has been started. Sometimes, they say they didn?t even get my order. App needs work and store needs a revamp. Not going back as I?ve given this store multiple chances. Pizza was taste was good but not worth the problems.
Update We arrived at the drive-up pick up window and was not greeted right away. Several people walked by and said nothing. Then we were finally greeted by someone who acted like he didn't want to do his job. He wasn't customer service friendly atall. My pizza was made with very limited toppings. It barely had any sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage or onions. Looks like itwas made by a novice in a hurry that just threw it together and ran out of toppings. I order from this location all the time buttoday I'm extremely disappointed.
My family and I order every Wednesday for family pizza night and the past two weeks the bread stick oil runs out of the box onto the others and the one pizza I love for the past two weeks is the thin crust fresh spinach tomato Alfredo which has been delivered with little to no cuts and 30-40% of the ingredients on the box or have slid to the other pieces which drives me crazy. I?ve been a customer for years and it?s been awesome less the past couple weeks so I guess it?s time for another change.

*UPDATE: submitted the post-order survey received credit for a replacement pizza poppers. Used credit today the order was successful, the pizza is great, the poppers full count are a perfect size. Thankful for the improved customerservice. ORIGINAL: Ordered 30ct chicken poppers, very disappointed with what was provided. Also, toppings were not spread onthe pizza the garlic butter spilled in the box.
This was my first time ordering from this Papa John's location, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The pizza looked nothing like the pictures—toppings were only on one side, and it was cold by the time I got home, even though I live just three minutes away. I regret not checking the food before tipping 18% for carryout. Take the other reviews seriously and consider ordering somewhere else.
Usually, I'm a big fan of PJs. This time I walked in after I got the text that said it's done. They said it would be a few more minutes, so I waited. Turns out my order was sitting on the warmer the entire time, and the crust was soft and undercooked. Theatmosphere is irrelevant since you can't sit down to eat. Otherwise, it's a pizza shop.
Just ordered from here and the pizza was not good at all. It was cold and tasted doughy. I ordered two extra garlic sauces and did not get them. The extra sauces are not free. I also ordered the garlic knots and they were also cold. Luckily I told myhusband that we ordered a soda too because the driver was not going to give it to us

The Philly Cheese Steak lacked both steak and cheese, as shown in the attached picture. I won’t be returning to this Papa John’s and will be warning all my friends about the poor quality.
