I didn’t receive everything I paid for in my delivery order. I contacted the manager, who promised to send the driver back with the missing items. However, even after more than 15 minutes—despite the driver being only about 4 minutes away—he never showed up. The manager said the driver had many other deliveries and wasn’t sure when he would return. He also offered a free pizza on my next order as an apology, but it felt insincere. I’m very disappointed by the lack of follow-through. On a positive note, the rest of the order was excellent, and I tipped the driver generously. Please get in touch to honor your commitment to resolving this, and I will gladly update my review.
I placed my order at 5:05 to be delivered at 6:15. At 6:27 I called and the automated system said it was out for delivery and would take up to 23 minutes. I then called the store. They said it was out and should be there any minute. At 6:50 I called backin asking to speak to a manager and they wouldn?t allow me to. She said she could call the driver so I asked her to. She actedvery annoyed and finally did. The driver then called me and said he had been stuck in traffic for 20 minutes. I asked him why hehadn?t turned around since there were multiple ways to my home. He replied ?this is the only way my GPS said to go.?
Never again... 2 hours to make and deliver 2 pizzas!!! And when you call to verify this information the woman who picks up is more then extremely RUDE to you because you asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I can honestly say that as acustomer of an establishment i have never been talked to with such rude disregard as i was a little while ago. Needless to say iwill not be ordering from this location in the future advise others to do the same.
I am BEYOND satisfied with this PJ location!!! I ordered online and the Papa John’s website placed the wrong memory on my order and when I came here after visiting two other Papa John’s, they have made GLADLY new my order so that I don’t drive anywhere else! Thank you for making my life so much easier tonight!!!

Last week was our first visit to this great restaurant, but it certainly won’t be our last. We enjoyed attentive service, high-quality food, excellent drinks, and reasonable prices. We will definitely be returning soon.
We have used this location for 3 years now and get delivery a few times a month and this location is awesome! Our orders are always hot, correct and on time! The drivers are so sweet and courteous! Perfecto!
Had do get a refund. I called after an hour of waiting and they said it would be another 40 minutes. Staff was nice on the phone but truly disappointing delivery service. Should be taken down as an option.
This place truly understands how to take care of their customers. They’re always friendly and welcoming. The food is affordably priced, consistently tasty, and served in a clean environment.

I had an amazing experience! The pizza was delicious, the order was processed quickly, and my grandchildren loved following the progress of the pizza!
