However, today my order was made with the wrong ingredients. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy times. The staff member I spoke with quickly acknowledged the error and assured me it was an honest mistake, promising that the correct order would be sent out immediately. On 4/6/22 at 6:34 pm, I called the store and requested curbside delivery as advertised. I infomed a lady who picked up the phone that I injured my leg so I requested curbside pick up. The lady told me that nobody was available to help me and hung up. Isthis how they would treat a disabled person? I am glad that I am not disabled because this store would not have accommodated myrequest. Corporate Office will hear about this.
Awful, awful customer service! I usually enjoy Papa John's, but I will never order from this location again. A lack of language skills is not an excuse for poor service. I ordered four extra-large pizzas and asked for extra garlic sauce. The answer? No. I inquired if I could buy extra sauce, and once more, the response was just a flat no—without any explanation or reasoning. Just a simple no.
I had a highly disappointing experience with this pizza place. They refused to deliver my pizza to the carnival grounds and were very rude and unprofessional over the phone. They insisted that the delivery driver didn't exist, yet the driver called me to confirm my exact location. After that, he called me again to let me know that his manager had canceled my order.

This place is amazing; I really enjoy it! The customer service is exceptionally friendly, and I appreciate the respect they show their customers. I always praise them and would give their service a perfect 10 out of 10. The staff is very courteous, and the pizza is far superior to Domino's. I'm a big fan of Papa John's!
Hello, potential customers! Before you visit 65 Raritan in Highland Park, NJ, be aware that they charge extra for Red Crushed pepper. This fee applies to your pizza order, whether you order 1 pizza or 4. I cannot recommend this place, as the manager is also not helpful. Proceed with caution!
