This was my 2nd time visiting this location. Our usual pizza spot is under new management and the quality has changed so we thought to try a new location, something closer to home. I must say, we all really enjoyed the pizza and dessert. We will definitely be back. My only dislike is the curbside pickup online option. I tried it out the 1st time we came here and there was no designated location for this so if there is more than 1 car similar to yours, your food could be taken. My luck, it was just me. I think a designated space with #s or something identifiable to staff would make this feature work really well.
I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all. Be cautious when ordering from here. I ordered a large pizza today, and when it arrived, it was completely uncooked. I called the store and spoke to the manager, but all she had to say was that she was sorry and couldn’t do anything. How are you supposed to eat an uncooked pizza? I feel like I just lost 30 dollars to Papa John’s.
The cashier handled my order efficiently, and the pizza had a great flavor. However, the cheese wasn't completely melted, which affected the overall experience. The cheese bread crust was quite nice. I would recommend ensuring the cheese is fully melted next time, as it makes a significant difference! I would consider returning in a year.
I experienced most horrible attitude from this restaurant, no customer relations, staff taking my picture and calling her police aunt even though i called the cops the other staffs were afraid of saying the truth and most of all I was charged but I went away with no food. This is so horrible and hearts broken.

The person on the phone didn’t put my order in right or address for the delivery and didn’t tell me the price just the total amount and the driver wouldn’t come knock on the door I had to come to his. Car. And then said I had a split bill when I paid with. Card. I would never do a delivery from them again
I'm sorry to say that my experience here was quite disappointing. The service was lacking, as I felt overlooked compared to other customers. It seemed like the employees prioritized assisting certain individuals over others, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I ordered online. The wrong item was sent. All I wanted was a remake. It is now a month later, the store won't answer the phone and my refund has not been processed. Shemiah is a thief.

Ordered online, arrived, not ready! 45 minutes later find out the pizza just went in yet every 10 minutes they were saying coming out!! They are terrible!!!
Placed order at 8:24pm and they canceled a hour later and didn’t even call no nothing. I called didn’t answer the phone. Will never eat papa johns again
