I received the wrong item with my order. When I called to report it, I was told that the driver would come to exchange the incorrect item. However, when the driver arrived, he didn't have the missing item and still took away the wrong one. I called the store again and was told it was my responsibility to keep it. I requested a refund, and they informed me they would remake the item and send a new one instead. After some effort, I finally managed to get the manager to agree to refund me, but she said it would only take a moment and then abruptly hung up. I waited 40 minutes for my order, even though the app indicated it would only take 14-24 minutes. When I received my food, the box was crushed, as if someone had sat on it.
