Absolutely horrible customer service!!! My parents were in town so I decided to order a couple pizzas and wings. I ordered 3 pizzas, and 2 orders of wings just before 7pm on a Saturday. I figured it would take some time but the app told me 30-40 minutes. I received an alert saying the order was on the way. Around the time my delivery should have arrived, I noticed a truck outside my house, sat there for about 5 minutes and then left. I assumed it was just a random person. I ordered wings and cheese sticks via mobile app when I was completing the order it asked did I want to add bacon for extra. I selected yes. The picture had the bacon covered on the cheesesticks. When I came to pick up the order the lady behind the counter looked at me then turned and started putting stickers on the boxes. Once I stood and waited for her to complete this task that apparently took priority over greeting and assisting a customer, she turned and asked what I wanted.
