I usually love ordering from this papa John's, but today, really did it for me. I ordered some chicken at 8:33pm, got an email saying it would take 55 minutes. Called them multiple times(12) no answer, and finally the last time I call, they finallyanswer. You know what they tell me. They only have one driver, they've been really busy and after 2 hours your order goes void,meaning your order disappears from the delivery list, they DON'T send out an email saying your order was voided. The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever experienced. They never answered the phone, so I had to download the mobile app to place my order. Unfortunately, the app was terrible and never confirmed if my order went through. Despite living only 3 minutes away, it took over an hour for my food to be delivered. When it finally arrived, it was cold and the delivery person simply left it at the door. I have cameras and saw that she had only picked up my order 2 minutes prior. I was very upset, but still tipped her $5 out of pity as she mentioned she worked for DoorDash. I will never recommend this place to anyone and have also deleted the app.
It use to be good here but damm customer service when Down the hill. They never answer the phone to make an order i call like 10 times. Last time i got pizza was not cooked well done . What's going on . I use to like it here good pizza but the employeesneed supervision cause they are not doing better ingredients better pizza i can tell you that. The price depends on the person at the register once I complained and showed my receipt for the same order a week ago he says I'm going to give you a discount. The cashier claimed he was the manager but barely knew English. A lady from the back had to come translate. I ordered a large thing crust pepperoni with extra sauce add half pineapple.....get my food 3 slices only pepperoni....all the pineapple had extra cheese no extra sauce at all....called to inform the MANAGER he I can't get through even when I place a neworder it goes to a switch board and when they transfer it's never connects
BUYERS BE AWARE !! I placed an order for delivery then I get a call 1 hour later from the driver saying he’s outside, I go outside nobody is to be found! So I call them they say that the driver is stuck won’t be able to make it me. Worst customer service ever! Never ordering from here again. Waste of time
Stop by Compton Blvd branch and order a large cheese pizza 15 minutes?I went back to pickup and they told me me your pizza is lost So they said do you want your money back No place again my order it took 20 minutes and to tip-off big bubble s and burn!!!
The driver from Roxi was terrible! No communication at all. They left my food in an unknown location and I couldn't reach them or the support team. It felt like a scam, they took my food and disappeared! Really bad customer service.

I can't eat pizza, but Papa John's new bowls are perfect and you can pick up to 7 ingredients. Loved it!
