The service at this restaurant is truly disappointing. I placed an order last night and used the Papatracker app, which indicated that it had been delivered. After about 15 attempts to call the store, someone finally answered and informed me that the driver had left a while ago. While I was still on the line with them, I received a voicemail from the driver stating that he was outside and had to leave, but when I checked, there was no one on my porch. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza from Papa John's and they got my order wrong. Instead of the toppings I requested, they put different toppings on the pizza. I had to wait 45 minutes for it to be delivered, and when I called to complain, they offered to send me a replacement pizza but said I would have to wait another 45 minutes. I do not recommend Papa John's at all!

Permanently closed! The establishment is entirely vacant. It seems that the landlord increased the rent, which led to the shutdown of Jack in the Box, the swim school, the second-hand clothing store, and the bike shop. This location consistently struggled with a limited selection of drinks and toppings, and there were issues with the staff. Thanks, Joe Biden.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was incredibly tasty, and the place was spotless and well-organized. Silvia, the manager on duty, was warm and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, including plates and napkins. Additionally, the pizza deals were very affordable, which was a great perk.

Ordered a Shaq-a-roni pizza today for lunch. The order and delivery took about what the app said it would. The driver was very nice and even surprised me by bring plates and pepper packets. The pizza was very hot and very good. Will definitely order it again,

This Papa John's location is likely the best one around. The service is fast and efficient, and the pizza remains warm and delicious.
