I was in the mood for some quick pizza, so I stopped by this place for their papadilla. It turned out to be quite tasty! I ordered the meatball pepperoni, which comes in two pieces—I could only finish one. My brother opted for the works pizza, which had a generous amount of toppings. I’d suggest going for a thicker crust because the thin one didn't really hold up well. The service was prompt, and my pizza was ready in no time. The restaurant is small and primarily focuses on takeout. Prices were reasonable; I spent $40 for two pizzas, the papadilla, and some garlic bread.
Ordered for delivery, but while we were tracking the order the status changed to “delivered”, and we hadn’t gotten the food. I called a couple times to check the status and was only given “it’ll be there in 5 minutes” from the manager and then he hung up. Twice. Third time calling after 2 hours I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t find my order in their system. Then they hung up on me again.After reading some reviews of this location, it looks like taking orders but never delivering the food is this places jam. Still waiting on a refund.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with Papa John’s. The store manager is absolutely awful at this location. They screw up my order and transfer it to DoorDash even though I already tipped a papa John’s driver on the app. The manager was extremely rude and tried to just hang up on me several times. I’m glad atleast learned a lesson. Never eating Papa John’s again. Thank you terrible manager.
I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. I live close and mostly pick up the pizza myself and only rarely get delivery. It's easy and ready really quickly. I order from this location maybe once a month or a little more. There is another PJ location just as close to me but I choose Westchester due to the consistency in quality and the friendly staff.Parking: Easy in easy out

Was requested to see my ID; even when I told what my order was.. Made me wait 8 minutes while the dude made a phone call to his supervisor to see if it 's OK to give me my order without an ID that was already paid for.. As if I were trying to buy alcohol or tobacco.. very rude, snobby, and I will not return after this encounter with this particular person.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this restaurant, especially for delivery. My pizza arrived cold after two hours, and the delivery person was smiling and seemed under the influence of marijuana. Save your time!
