I ordered a pizza at 4:45 for delivery at 6 PM. By 6:20, the pizza had not arrived, so I called the restaurant and was told, "It's coming. Just 10 more minutes." There was no apology for the delay. After another 10 minutes with still no pizza, I called back to cancel the order since we had to leave. The manager refused to issue a refund, insisting, "It's coming," before hanging up on me. When the pizza finally arrived, there was no apology for the 45-minute delay, and it was cold, clearly having been left out for a while. We have been long-time customers, but this will be our last experience here. The service was very rude and unprofessional.
I wish I could rate this place a zero. The quality of the food has significantly declined. They claim to offer fresh food, but that’s not the case at this location. Since the ownership changed a few years ago, the staff has consistently been rude. As for vegetarian options, I'm sure they exist, but I doubt they're fresh.
Parking: There are a few spots available near the entrance.

If I could give a negative rating for service, I would. I ordered a pizza online, and they simply dropped it off at my door without calling or ringing the doorbell. When I called to inquire about my pizza, the person on the other end was rude and insisted that they had called me and rung the doorbell, which is a flat-out lie. I would advise against doing business with them; their service is terrible.
Delivery driver stole the change he was supposed to give me. Instead of give me $10 back he took off with it. I had my child crying and alone so I couldn't chase after him. After calling the store, the manager said it was my fault and that I should've chased after him even after saying I wasn't going to leave my child alone. Food wasn't the best. If you do delivery make sure to have exact change.

Our office ordered the pizzas from this location recently. Pizzas were dry and tasteless like paper My office coworkers couldn't eat that kind of pizza. Sorry, but people from India who work that Papa Johns can't make the real Italian pizza.
I had a great experience the other day when I ordered from this papa John’s. The employees went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my order.
Terrible pizza and service. Avoid at all costs. Scanty toppings, low grade ingredients and the wait times are too long
I miss having a papa johns close....so whenever I am around Westmont I try to pick up a pie.Always good!
