Ordered a pizza online, and added 1 garlic butter, one order of pepperocini peppers, and a seasoning packet. Went inside the store to pick the pizza up, The lady behind the register checked my order, opened the pizza box, and one of the seasoning packets fell out, and onto the floor. She picked the packet up OFF OF THE FLOOR, placed it back into the pizza box, and handed me the box. I opened it to look, and noticed that NO GARLIC BUTTER cups were in the box. I ordered a pizza that was either was not made correctly or was given the wrong pizza at delivery. I called and spoke to the manager and 1st wanted to argue he watched it made and I was wrong. Then said I 'll remake it and hung up. Now he did send me the correct pizza but had such a toxic attitude for being called out . Well sport I added the pictures to the reviews that I offered to send you and you chose not to take a look.
This location deserves a full 5 stars mainly because of the outstanding work ethic of one of their employees, Matt. Every time I've visited, he has been respectful, professional, and genuinely kind. Even during the hectic lunch rush when he is the only one working, he remains calm and efficiently handles orders while maintaining the quality of service. This man deserves a raise!
Every single time I get pizza here, it’s been terrible. Example; I ask for well done and it’s almost raw. I ask for certain toppings and I don’t get them. Two times the order was even completely wrong and I neglected to look at the pizza until I got home. It’s usually done on time or fast. So there’s that, I guess.
