I attempted to place an order online, but the checkout button was grayed out and unresponsive. After calling the restaurant, I was told the price would be the same as online. However, when I went to pick up my order, I was shocked to find that my total was nearly $50 for two pizzas and two 20oz drinks, while the online price was around $27. I inquired about the discrepancy, and the employee informed me that their prices differ and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if they were interested in keeping my business, but the employee simply handed me my order and walked away.

We placed an order with this location and incorrect food was delivered. Instead of attempting to fix the problem we were told simply what we can’t get done. Now after repeated calls to the store with no answer I’m left with the only recourse I have avail. It’s not the first time something like this has occurred with this store and this manager but we continue to try and order because we do enjoy the pizza.Hopefully this will bring about a change or help correct the problem with this store.
This restaurant left our pizza on the ground on our porch without ringing the doorbell, sending a text, or making a phone call. It's 2023, and they're still doing contactless deliveries like this, as if anyone enjoys cold pizza that has been sitting outside for 30 minutes. It's incredibly foolish. However, the pizza was as decent as you can expect from Papa John's.
I ordered an Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza because the photo showed cheese inside the edges, but what I got was just a regular pizza. I specifically requested the one with cheese in the crust, as seen in the Uber Eats pictures, and it came from this location. The worst part is that I can't even file a complaint on Uber!

I ordered the new NY style pizza with pepperoni and chocolate on the Papa John's website and it was delicious! Although the estimated delivery time was 80 minutes, it arrived much sooner. I would definitely order the NY style pizza again. I think I prefer it over their regular pizza.

They never made my order. I showed it to them on my phone. I was told to call a phone number for a receipt of refund. Avoid. This location has no record keeping abilities.
