service is terrible! we were walking home with our little daughter, we had to pick up a pizza on the way! everything did not work at the cash register, there is no card, I gave her money, she opened the cash register, I have change, but she said that if she gives me change, there will be no others! she told us to go home ... my baby was hungry and started crying that we were not given our order ... I was very disappointed! the manager came and looked at me...he saw that I was Ukrainian and spoke with an accent and didn't even decide anything (is this some kind of classification of people by race?! when the Americans came, the attitude was completely different....pay attention to the manager'...
I just moved to citrus heights and ordered 2 times from the pizza types. I have to say that their chipotle chicken pizza is literally the best pizza I had in a long time! supplies rubers were super great and the pizza is amazing! I am a super happy customer and will order her pizza from here! okay, so 2.5 years later I am still in love with this pizza! I have tried a few different pizzas and my family and I love each one! tonight I have the Hawaiian delight with jalepenos and a whole flesh. . such a little peas and a joke! Not sure I will order again! thanks pizza guys!
Used to be my favorite pizza place, not anymore. Ordered garlic chicken, Hawaiian and a garlic bread sticks. I don't know if it's hard or what but all the chicken wasn’t putting all over pizza but only on one side and other sides was just empty with green onions and cheese, the other issue was the Hawaiian pizza was on red sauce even tho it should be always on white and I told them twice to make it on thin crust and they made it on regular. I have no more trust for them. I’m switching for other pizza place.
I have ordered twice from this location . I love pizza guys. The only chain pizza I have liked. My kids love it. However, the last two order have missed items. I am disheartened by this. I even said I would pay for whatever is extra. I called to inquire. They just said you didn't order that. Ummm listen to audio ...um yes I did. Not order for. Thai location again period!

Horrible quality and prices. Order a 8.99 cookie pizza and this is by far the worst I've ever had the whole cookie was burnt and zero sweetness like they used sugar free chocolate and I paid almost $20 for a 10 inch that turned out to be no more than a personal size pizza. Wouldn't recommend
The man at the register not only was rude on the phone but was extremely rude and difficult in person. Long black hair with glasses. You could use some more training in customer service. I was nothing but kind throughout this whole experience in hopes you would switch your mood.
Pizza is delicious, the staff works as quickly as possible. Just like any other place where they are busy, and sometimes it can wait a bit (1 hour, but it's totally worth it. I usually get things during the slower times and get my pizza in about 20 minutes.

this is my place to get my pizza that made the pizza tonight in the feb. 26 2022 was a fabulous job and the person who delivered it and took the call are all amazing
We always get the (2) XL (2) toppings around $40 with tax. The family loves it!
