Warning if you order extra sauces. I paid $10 in delivery fees and a good tip to not receive items I ordered. This is the 3rd time I did not receive add on items. Where is the quality control on orders. I paid $2.25 for 3 extra sauces and did not receive them. Food arrived 15 minutes after the latest expected delivery and was obviously old. I saw when the app said it was done cooking and then sat for 45 minutes. I am done with paying exorbitant delivery fees when I tip the delivery person well. I sent an email and gave them a chance to respond before posting and they chose to ignore it, so, here it goes. The worst pizza I've ever had. I do not order from Papa Johns very often only because I don't eat much pizza. But when I do it's been from the Odenton store for over 20 years and I've never had a problem with the pizza. I always order extra sauce because it's usually very good. Not this time. It was covered in tomato sauce, not pizza sauce. Plain, flavorless, unseasoned tomato sauce. Again, I don't order from there often, but, there will not be another order, ever, if this is what they will be putting on pizza.
It’s unfortunate because I still wanted to give Papa John’s a chance despite the low rating. My order took a hour to arrive and it went to the WRONG location. The veteran deliver driver called me and I came down to wait outside. I went back upstairs then she called again I still came back down stairs and saw nobody. She said she delivered the pizza and sent me a picture to the wrong address. After calling the location they rebuttaled like it was my fault. Poor customer service and lack of detail. Never again ? to make matters worst they didn’t even offer a carry out option.
Horrible pizza and terrible service. My pizza delivery took an hour and a half and was given no explanation. Was promised in-store credit on my next order by a manager which was never honored and actually insulted by an employee there. I'll never order from there again and would advise against others doing so.

I placed an order at 6pm, didn’t receive my order till 8pm. My order was wrong and missing items. I called to ask for the missing items. They told me to kick rocks or pick it up from the store. This is the last time I’m ordering Papa John’s in my life.
We placed an online order, and after an hour and a half, we called. They had no idea where our order was. They thought it was delivered, but I have two alarm dogs who would have told us. Guy was apologetic but completely clueless.
My pizza was not very good. The sauce and hardly any cheese extended the surface of the pizza. Had to put in air fryer to warm up. I would upload a picture but I don't see option.
When you spend $50 on an undercooked pizza, a pizza with the plastic melted in, and a half eaten pepperonicini …the only thing left to do is post a Google review!

Pizza toppings were extremely light. This isn't typical of my previous experience at this location.
