I can’t speak to the other reviews or the specific issues causing the low ratings, but based on my recent experiences, I’ve consistently had excellent service every time I’ve ordered from Papa John’s. Whether it’s delivery or takeout, they’ve always gotten my order right—from the toppings and baking time to including the sauce cups in the boxes. Delivery has also been quick and reliable. I’m not sure if the negative reviews are recent or older, but I can confidently say I’ve had a great experience at this location and highly recommend them—5 stars.

I ordered a pizza that arrived ice cold, with overcooked meatballs and way too many banana peppers. The cheese had an odd, almost powdery texture. For dessert, I had a large chocolate chip cookie that was greasy and flavorless, resembling something made with lard rather than butter. I was really disappointed, as I was looking forward to trying this popular pizza brand. Honestly, it was the worst pizza I've ever had. I do wish the restaurant success in their future endeavors.
I waited an hour for a delivery at 9 PM. I had placed two orders from the same restaurant within a 30-minute window for two different people. To my surprise, the second order arrived before the first one. The manager seemed to be unaware of the two separate orders.
I recently visited Papa John's to pick up a large pizza I had ordered online while visiting my brother in New Jersey. The pizza was ready as promised in 30 minutes, and I was warmly welcomed when I arrived. I paid with cash and left a tip. The pizza was delicious!

The customer service was terrible. The pizza maker, Markoz, was very rude when explaining the deals, and the woman at the front was not helpful either. Owner, you should be present in the store to see how your employees behave when you're not around.

I really enjoyed my meal, which included the Doritos Cool Ranch Beef Papadia and the Garden Veggie Papa Bowl. It was a delightful experience that truly made my day brighter.

I spent $20 on a pizza that was soggy and not fully cooked. If you're looking for a good pizza, I would recommend going to a traditional pizzeria instead.
The Doritos Cool Ranch Steak Papadia was awesome! Very tasty! A very good alternative to a pizza pie.
