I’ve waited to post because I thought maybe it was just a 1-time bad experience but this is my regular crust-it’s literally thin crust on half and regular on the other. I’ve ordered breadsticks in the last couple orders and they’ve also lacked the “pillowy soft” texture they boast on their box. I’m not sure if they aren’t proofing their dough or need new yeast or what but as a dough lover, I’ve been so disappointed as this is the main reason I order from Papa Johns. I hope they start to get it right because the only other delivery we can get in Goshen is Dominos and that is a hard pass for me.
I just stopped in to pick up an order. The order should have been done by the time I got there, but the female tells me it's going to be another 5 mins.She tells me that she's working alone today (I can understand that and realize that's not her fault). But the phone call...she was on the phone when I walked in and stayed on the phone the whole time.She wasn't wearing gloves to prepare the food. Her hair is long, no hat or hair net.*The food wasn't for me, I was just picking it up for someone.So I've been waiting for over 10 mins.I am not a happy camper!!
This Papa John’s location is our go to for pizza. The pizza is consistently good and well made. Special shout out to the store manager Kristina Rodman for going above and beyond in customer service! People like Kristina should be recognised for outstanding customer service. Simple act of good will can make someone’s day brighter and reflects positively on a business establishment.
Terrible service every time we visit. Cashier told me that the service can't be that bad if we keep coming back. That was the last time we ordered from them. Will not give this location another dime. We ordered directly from this store several hours before the scheduled delivery time. Pizza was very late and almost cold. No communication, no way to track it. Found out the second time we called that they handed it off to DoorDash, but not early enough to get it delivered on time.
Our order was incorrect, and my husband felt the sauce was too sweet. I thought the pizza was undercooked. But we ate the pizza anyway because we were hungry and tired.
Absolute garbage just delivered. Cheesesticks made with blown dough. My pizza with extra cheese has none. Never ordering a Papa John 's pizza again.
Pizza was cold, missing part of our order. Store employee advised me a credit would appear on my charge card in a few days ….. we’ll see. NOT Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
