The service was terrible during my visit on 10/22/2020. The woman at the register was very rude. It was my family’s first time trying this pizza, and we were very disappointed with the customer service. We usually eat Domino’s and Pizza Hut but wanted to try something different. The owners should provide proper customer service training for their staff because a business relies entirely on its customers.
Excellent service! I had stopped coming to this Papa John's because there was a lady who was always rude and had a bad attitude, even over the phone. But today, when I went to pick up my order, I noticed new employees who were incredibly friendly and polite. My food was ready on time and perfectly hot! Thanks, everyone—keep up the great work!
I called the restaurant and a woman answered, asking me to hold for a moment. After waiting quite a while with no update, I decided to hang up and call again, but the phone just kept ringing without being answered. I wasn't able to place my order. The pizza is really good, but the person on the phone today was not helpful at all.
