Ordered my pizza on tuesday at 5.57.On the app it said at 6.21 that my order was on its way,great.20 minutes later and my food hadnt turned up and i only live 7 minutes up the road.I rang the shop and the man said if it hasnt turned up in the next 10 minutes to ring him back.It did arrive,exactly 10 minutes later.Now this is why i have got the hump.I asked the driver how comes he was so long when the app said 30 minutes ago that my order was on its way.He said i was his 3 drop in a row,basically he had been to 2 other addresses before mine.My pizzas had to be put into the oven to warm up but my side order was cold to tepid.When i rang the shop to complain, the lady on the phone wasnt much he...
I think it’s about time you had this review because no pizza company would turn away money because the customer has asked for half and half every other pizza company does it include in the small ones and you do do it but only when you feel like it so we can never plan on having a takeaway from here becauseWe never know what they are going to say we never know what they are going to say. Ordered two meat free pizzas. Once we started eating a slice of sausage was found on one of the pizzas. We called and a replacement offered. The original was returned as requested and received our fresh order only to tuck in and find chicken on the replacement pizza. Having not eaten meat for over 25 years this could of cause severe illness. Returned to store and told “sorry but we are very busy “ I suggest any vegetarians only order from here at off peak times to receive a meat free pizza. If you have any allergies DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE as cross contamination can not be assumed
I placed an online order for pickup, but when I went to my car to collect it, my car wouldn't start. I was in a bit of a panic since I had already placed the order 10 minutes earlier! I called the restaurant and the person I spoke to was very helpful and arranged for the order to be delivered since my car was not working. I really appreciated their kindness. And as usual, their food is always delicious. I'm a very grateful regular customer.

I placed an online order through the app and waited for an hour and a half for delivery. The app showed that the pizza was delivered 40 minutes before it actually arrived, resulting in cold and inedible food. I have filed a complaint online but have been unable to reach the store through phone calls. I would recommend avoiding this franchise unless it is the only food option available.
The pizza is consistently delicious at this restaurant. When we ordered pizza around 10pm, the delivery driver was considerate enough not to ring the doorbell in case we had sleeping children, which we did. Additionally, he was extremely friendly and pleasant.
Pizza did not arrive until 45 minutes after it showed it was delivered on their website. When the food was finally delivered, it was cold and the staff were not helpful when I called the shop. I will be trying a different pizza place next time I order.
Ordered for home delivery for the first time and was greatly impressed with the quality of the pizza and the speed of delivery which was a lot quicker than implied. I would certainly use you again and recommend to family and friends.

Extremely disgusted and disappointed to find a huge hair in one of our pizzas. Should have phoned to complain but after reading other reviews, decided that this would just be a waste of time.
Pizza gogo is the one to go to based on my previous home deliveries with these guys. Very expensive if you forget to use any vouchers.
