Ok so I like love Papa Murphy 's pizza, like more than the average Murphiend lol... So we eat here on average at least once a week, just not specifically at this location every time. I 've never had any issues of any kind whatsoever from any employee atany location. In fact one of my favorite parts about grabbing my pie here is that the employees are generally always very happyand super polite. I absolutely love Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake Pizza, probably even more than the average fan! We usually enjoy their pizza at least once a week, though we don't always go to this particular location. I've never had any issues with the staff at any of their spots. One of my favorite things about picking up pizza here is the consistently friendly and polite employees. The customer service has always been excellent at every location I've been to. Plus, the menu offers a great variety that keeps us coming back for more.
I had an excellent experience with the customer service. I mistakenly ordered online from a different location on February 8, 2022, without realizing it. The staff were incredibly understanding, helpful, and professional. They quickly helped me sort out my order and get my pizza, even though they were quite busy. They went above and beyond to resolve my mistake. It’s rare to encounter such fantastic customer service these days!
I ordered a large taco pizza for $35 tonight and was very disappointed. I requested chicken, but out of the 7 slices my wife and I shared, there were only 6 tiny pieces of chicken. The pizza was overloaded with lettuce and cheese but was completely bland and lacking in flavor. Save your money and just make a Papa Murphy’s pizza at home—you’ll get better quality for half the price. I expected more from Papa Pete’s.

Got a $35 large taco pizza tonight and it was s..t. ordered it with chicken and out of the 7 slices between me and my wife there was 6 chunks of chicken. Loaded with lettuce and cheese but totally bland and tasteless. Save your money and bake at home withpapa Murphys. At least you know what you are going to get at half the price. Do better papa Pete's.
I just wanted to extend my thanks to Jared, and I believe the other staff members were Emma and Jazmyn. The service was excellent! We encountered some issues with the card machine, and they kindly offered us a discount. They also had a great attitude over the phone.
They initially messed up my order, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, but they eventually fixed it. The service was good, and the food was tasty!
The dough is poorly proofed this time, which has happened again at this location. This is the second time I'm experiencing this issue.

Always quick and incredibly friendly. Loaded with plenty of toppings and packed with cheese. You can't ask for more from a pizza.
