Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

The service at this restaurant can make or break your experience. I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from a worker at Papa Murphy's. My order was incorrect, and David, the coworker in charge, insisted that it was right and I was wrong. I have ordered the same pizza from different Papa Murphy's locations countless times without any issues, as it is my favorite order. So, what changed? That wasn't the end of it. My pizza was made incorrectly, and David argued with me, refused to refund my money, and refused to get a manager involved. I felt incredibly disrespected as a customer. The employees at this restaurant are not very diligent and tend to close early. They claim to close at 8, but it seems like they start shutting things down as early as 7:40. Sometimes they even change their closing hours to 7:30 and turn off the open sign. However, when they do close at 8, they do so promptly.

I ordered three large paprika pizzas and kesebrot to go, and in less than five minutes, I received fast service. Despite its small appearance from the outside, upon arrival, it was confirmed that this place falls on the smaller end of the spectrum. Nevertheless, they still serve fresh and delicious pizza.

Popped in about 7pm, great service even though they were busy. Excellent pizza! Cooked and finished by 7:55. How great is that??
